You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours.

During busier periods (such as holiday shopping season), please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Right now we don't offer customer support by phone.

Simply pick a photo from you camera or social media. Add a caption or leave it blank. Thats it. Our team will do the rest.

You will receive a proof for your approval within 24 to 48 hours of ordering via email. We offer unlimited revisions free of charge. 

We aim to get proofs out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Please double check your emails, including your junk and promotions. 

You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple pay.

As all our posters are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged.

All complaints (damaged or defective posters) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to info@fabricfilmstudio.com

Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

Shipping time estimates are: USA: 2-3 weeks, CA, AUS, UK: 2-3 weeks, Europe: 2-4 weeks, Rest of world: 2-4 weeks. (During Christmas and sales periods these estimates could be longer).

If you live in the EU, USA, Australia, Norway, or Japan you will not have to pay customs. If you live outside these countries please check your customs regulations, as all countries have different thresholds.

Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline. This is usually up to 2 weeks for most orders. 

All orders generally take 2-7 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods. Transit times vary by country (listed below).

Note: If there is an issue with your order this understandably will extend your production time.

We also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
